s*x or affection?

deep feelings or sexual satisfaction?

I know both are important...but I want everyone who answers this to think on it and chose ONE to be more important even if it's a little.

Include your age in your answer....and remember be as honest as you an even if you think others will judge you..I won't!

Thanks....

  1. affection,,, i've been married 36 years.  if the only time someone shows affection is prior to s*x then you know why they are doing it; just to get you to have s*x.   affection means more when it's not connected to s*x.  am i making any sense?  a passing kiss, a touch, a note in your lunch, etc.  these mean more to me and will continue even when you get past the age of "no s*x".

  2. affection

    and

    deep feelings

i've been in a relationship that i thought was my choices above but was really the other 2 you specified, and in the end was just those with none of the other. it was ok but could never last long term like u say.

    i'm 17 btw.

  3. deep feelings cause you can always work on s*x as you progress in the relationship.

  4. I think affection is the most important in a relationship because if you don't feel loved in a relationship it takes away from the sexual part of it.  s*x is very important in a relationship too.  Its very close but i would chose affection(love), without that one of the key things s missing.  Its up there with communication and compromise!I'm 40 years old.

  5. I am 42- since the age of 25 I have been married to the same man and had no others.

Affection is more important to me- To know that someone will love me if we never have s*x.

deep feelings- although I do like to climax every now and again.
