  1. I would say Golf

  2. Golf... Lots of walking (and if your lucky, you get to pull a bag, buggy...)

  3. golf but you shouldnt waste your time doing that stuff you should get on the concrete and SKATEBOARD

  4. Golf. You have to walk and swing a club at least 60 times, that's more than baseball. Also, very good for you if you walk. And it requires more accuracy. It's much harder to hit a green from 100 yards out than to hit a pin from 30 or so feet.

  5. Golf you just like swing your arm.

Bowling you run then swing your arm. Lol they are both not that big

But i gotta say bowling :)

  6. I see most of you have chosen golf because of the walking. Since when do you have to be an athlete to be able to walk?

Try throwing a 16 pound ball down a bowling lane 60 feet long. Most leagues bowl 3 games and when you throw in about 5 or 6 frames of practice, you can get really tired. There is a lot more to bowling than many of you think.

Bowling takes strength, endurance, skill and balance to be good at it.

As far as which of the 2 require a more athletic person, i would say they are about equal. In golf you swing a light club, in bowling you throw a heavy ball each roughly 70+ per session. You tell me.

  7. If you look at the players...it'd have to be golf...esp if you walk!

  8. u see more golf on tv than bowling so i would go with golf

  9. It all depends if youi are playing golf and walking the course then golf would be add into the fact that a round of golf usually lasts about 4 hours and I would say golf.

  10. golf

  11. Bowling much more physical activity than golf, but the beer drinking may offset the benefit of the physical activity.

  12. bowling-I'm partial...see my avatar my background is bowling.

  13. Golf. There is more precision required in Golf and you have to walk the field. Plus, in bowling every roll is the same whereas in Golf every shot is different.

  14. I think there almost the same but bowling has a little more into. It also depends on how many games you play of each. Bowling can get really tiering but golfing you can ride a go cart.

  15. Golf, hands down.

  16. Golf.  I can bowl 3 games and at most my hand is tired. try walking in 90+ heat for 4 hours and climbing hills and hauling a golf bag.  If you use a cart it's a draw between them

  17. none because people in these sport don't seem to be very athletic.

  18. I think Golf

  19. bowling

  20. let me know how you feel after you bowl a 8 game block in the morning and another in the afternoon

and all the practice you have to do.

    so i would say bowling

many golfers use a golf cart to ride around the course

  21. They both are sports in my mind cause it takes talent to do them both.  I am a bowler, my husband is semi-pro so it's in our blood, but as physical and athletic I'd say golf -

  22. I say Golf since it's an out door sport.

  23. This is really hard and I would say golf, because you do more walking with golf than bowling and you are also are using more of your body with golf. The are both kind of a lazy sport good question.
