  1. There is no material in existence that is attracted to "metal", except in that any two objects are attracted to each other because of gravitational force.

    So your question is meaningless.

    You can't rate materials as "powerful", it has no quantitative meaning. So that part is meaningless also.

    But there are steel alloys that are stronger than titanium and are also magnetic, it that is what you mean.
