What is more romantic..acupulco or puerto vallarta?

I am going to PV but just making sure I am not missing out! I wish I could have gone to cancun but the tickets were muy $$$,

Definitely PV.  Also look at ixtapa.  It is my favorite place in Mexico.

Im retired in Acapulco and been to PV.

You will love Puerto Vallarta as a romantic city. Acapulco is not romantic at all, it is a very big city with lots of problems, specially violence.

Puerto Vallarta is one of the safest cities in Mexico and it is considered as the Friendliest City of Mexico.

I don´t know if you already have reservations but if you don´t check the Hotel Dreams Puerto Vallarta, located on a beautiful "private" beach.  You can find videos of this hotel in You tube.

Also Puerto Vallarta is considered the second gourmet destination in Mexico.  (Mexico city is number one), so you will have some of the best restaurants in the world.

Remember most of the nicer bars and discos are located by the malecon, so it will be very easy to walk around and visit the best of this area.

PV is good, depends where you stay, my favorite is Fiesta Americana. Best breakfast buffet in PV.

Nice cobblestone streets. Nice shopping. Good clubs for night life, you have Carlos & Charlie's,  and many more on the same strip. This is the tourist section, if you go down past the river over the bridge you have the g*y side, with nice clubs also.......

This is where I met my wife and we have been back once a year, my kids still like this place the best, we have been to Cabo, Mazatlan, Acapulco, etc.....
