What is more significant in a chart. Planets in Houses or planets at Crossing Lattitudes

Hey there Left T! I guess what I'm getting at is let's say you are relocating somewhere. And let's say for example you were looking at Home life. What would carry "More Weight". Planets ACTUALLY IN the 4th House vs ''Parans'' that had had IC planet crossing lattitudes?

For a starter, Planets live in houses. They are colored by the sign they are in. They express the trait according to their energy.

Each house will have a different sign upon its cusp. Each cusp is the entrance to its house. You stand on the cusp or at this door before you walk through.

Now, each house has a landlord or natural ruler as we call it.

Ex. Cancer in the 4th house has Moon as its landlord or ruler.

Some houses will also have tenants. These tenants live in these houses in comfort as long as their is affinity between them.

ex. Mercury in Virgo in the 6th is the natural ruler or landlord.

Now, some tenants are like intruders and highly uncomfortable.

Ex. Aries rising but with Venus in that house would be h**l. That tenant can do what he or she wants but he is disposed by the landlord or ruler of that  house whivh is Mars. So we can see that love affairs (Venus) will be rash (Mars) and impulsive (Aries). The outcome would boil down to more than one affair since Aries tends to move on once the challenge is gone.

This gives you an idea about Planets in Houses. If there are no planets, than the expression of that house will not be as important for the moment.

As for the aspects, thei point to what energy is in use and secondly, will reveal the quality of the action and the outcome ,. If the aspect is a stressul one, the outcome will be negative and it is a trine or a good aspect, the outcome will be good.
