What is more valuable to a home buyer in a master bathroom...?

what is more valuable to a potential home buyer in a master bathroom: a his and hers sink vanity or just a single sink with more counter space??? i ask because we are going to remodel the bathroom and aren't sure if we should keep the his/hers sink or make it one sink with much more counter space.

a his and her vanity.. do as much as you can to the kitchen and the bathroom because this is what will sell the buyer!

i watch a lot of HGTV especially the show "My House Is Worth What?" and from that show and some research ive done on my own, two sinks are what ppl are looking at...i keep hearing potential home owners say they can get ready for work at the same time..and thats important to them...
