  1. The main switch that makes all sensitive points is within us. How?

    By introspection and looking within for what we enjoy doing and what we are good at doing something.

    We can call it as individual core competency.

    Most of the individual aspirants of leadership focus on fixing their weak areas than building on their strengths.

Motivation is your drive to want to make your company succeed.  Effective managing can encourage employees to want to work harder etc.  Always complement other co.-workers because I find that a great way to boost motivation.  If you have employees with boosted motivation, you are getting more for your money.  Thats how you manage effectively.

  3. To be successful, management has to ensure participation in progress of all employees. Managers therefore have to involve in communication witjh their lower order staff in a systematic way. There are meetings to get idea about employee participation in management. When ever manager observes non-participation, he will have to meet such employees separately. Every organisation must have strict decepline/puncuality,training; appraisal etc to judge performance. Motivation means to create feeling of belonging among the employees and remain united for betterment of organisation.
