You buy it at the same place that muffler bearings are sold.  It is an OLD joke....There is no such thing.

i have never heard of muffler grease and i have never needed to use it.

i believe someone got you. lemme guess they said it will help quiet your vehicle down or assist in replacing a exhaust. LOL

you get muffler grease at the same store you get blinker fluid from :)
