It affects the nerves but can affect everybody differently. Some people's immune systems are affected greatly, others suffer from fatigue and spasms. The muscles are generally affected in different ways but it really does deend on the person and the degree of the MS they're suffering from.

No it's not when you shake and has nothing to do with that. It is a disease that affects the mucles and makes them quit working properly. affects mostly the lower body so a person is lucky if they are still able to walk
