Good land should be for farming and poor land should have some industry but not to excess as it is not good environmental protection and management.

did you know that its estimated that within 50 years.. if we dont control human population growth.. that in USA (and other countries) we will be eating cat and dog like in China - simply because of a loss of agricultural land for cattle and cattle feed...

time to act is now.. I only had one kid...how many will you add to the planet before we start eating dogs and cats?

Well, I think the priority must be given to the agricultural land because majority of the industries depend on agriculture. About 70% of the people of India depend on agriculture for employment and logically all of them for food. One cannot deny the fact that food is more important than finished goods got from industries. Therefore, most of the land must be dominated by agriculture than by industries. If whole is given to industries, from where will the agro and forest based industries get the raw materials from ? From this its quite clear that agricultural land is a must both for the population and industries which come in need after agriculture.

Agriculture is necessary for food purpose but without industry is necessary for fast increase of economic development
