Its not a flat screen, but it was made in 2005. I lost my manual, but the logo on it is "D"

then it should be a durabrand

it has a D with a sort of backwards crescent moon to it

D) if its like that, "the moon surrounds to the back of the D", but if it is like this, then it should be a durabrand.
