In all likelihood you have a Lee-Enfield 303 British, but there were many models used by many countries within the Bristish empire between the late 1800 and 1900's. Do a little internet research using Lee-Enfield as the search term, then look at the markings on your own rifle to determine what type you own.

As far as value, that varies greatly depending on the specifics. If it is in original military configuration, excellent condition, and is a less than common model, it may have collector value. If it's been sporterized and made into a hunting rifle, then it's value (at least to a collector) is considerably lower.
