All you have to do is take what you got (623) and divide that by the maximum possible (903). Then multiply the quotient by a 100 to get percent.

(623 / 903) * 100 = 69.0

By the way 69.0 is your actual grade. Most schools round to three decimal places. You will get a 69.0 and not a 68.9. Good Luck!
