thats not axis.  that looks to me like a nearsighted Rx, probably the number on the side of your contact lens box.

every case is slightly different, but -1.25 usually equates to approx 20/50 acuity.

no, thats your axis measurement.   Not sure how it relates to your 20/20 vision, but you don't have it.  I think you are slightly nearsighted.  I am very nearsighted (one eye is -5.00 and the other is -5.50)
