The Lat and Long you gave is sorta confusing. I prefer getting City / State / Country. With Lat/Lon I'm not really certain of timezones andwhatnot. Anyway, my calculations on the Lat/Lon you gave show that your Ascendant (Rising Sign) is Leo at 29degrees and 3 minutes.

Take note that I'm using the Vedic zodiac, which is accurate to the real constellations and stars. Not the Western Zodiac which is somewhat imaginary and aligned to the tropic latitudes only.

Five minutes later your Rising Sign would be Vedic.

If you are very interested in a medical profession or alternative medicines and health programs, be confident about the Leo asc.
