What is my skin tone?!?!?

my eyes are three dif colors its dark blue,,light blue, and light brown around my pupils. my natural hair color is dishwaterblonde or ash blonde...my skin has freckles, i have been told that i have golden tones in my skin.but my face is pale compared to the rest of my body and it looks like cool undertones in my face but not my body...so when i dye my hair should i use cool tones or warm tones? sooo confused...

i think i look best in bright colors, and i love wearing jewel tones they look really good on me.

If you have blond hair and blue eyes...

You should tone DOWN the color level because you're already colorful without colorful clothes.

I think the best way to find out your skin tone is to go to a make-up store and have them test you out. Because a lot of the time we think we may know our skin color but in actuality we don't and just end up looking silly.
