Do you mean MySpace?  If so, that's a social network, something along the lines of Yahoo's 360.  You can set up a page that you personalize, and people are able to visit your page and leave you messages.  Users can put music on their pages, and videos, and they can use sparkly graphics and animations, and it is often prefered by the younger audience because of this, though it is not limited to the young.  It's free.  Go to www.myspace.com to set up your page.  There are templetes available, and if you google for myspace graphics and templets and such, you'll turn up quite a large volume of websites that can supply them.
