What is my vision on the 20/20 scale?

i have been wearing glasses/contacts since i was 13, im now 22 and my eyesight is -3.5 in my right eye and -4.75 in my left. Can anyone tell me what that would convert to on the 20/20 scale? guys i work with are always asking me and don't understand when i tell them -4.75 and want to know what it is on 20/20. I would also like to know for myself cuz i have read that anything worse than 20/200 is considered legally blind.

If right and left eye power of contacts are 3.75, how do I know the conversion of 20/20 measurement?  Often asked this question by my children and I have no idea what 20- vision we all have with the contacts numbers.
