  1. After searching 15 minutes I finally came up with

TACO BELL'S NACHO CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

(Not exactly what your mom has in the fridge!)

Cheese Whey, Skim Milk, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Modified Food Starch, Cheese (Milk, Cultures,

Salt And Enzymes), Water, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Caseinate, Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Natural And Artificial

Flavor, Jalapeno Peppers, Salt, Annatto Extract, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Calcium Chloride, Mono &

    Diglycerides, Carotene Color, Paprika Oleoresin.

I just looove them Sodium Stearoyl Lactylates. Don't you?

    .

  2. At schools and other institutional food services they get the nacho cheese in gallon cans and open and heat it.

If it bounces they had it left over from the last time and put it into the freezer to save and it is short on liquid and needs some milk added to it.

nacho cheese is made usually from american cheese food or Velveta cheese or something like that and has a little milk and spices added to it.

  3. artificial cheese, coloring, vegetable oil and gelatin.

  4. well I can't find a site like Discovery channel that details HOW

But it starts with cheddar cheese whether it is a solid block or dry powder and liquid  milk,, is added along with stabilizers and preservatives..the creamy mix is added to the jars or the large cans for restaurants..

No matter the How you bounce it.. it is real cheese

  5. mostly milk and chemicals

  6. nacho cheese is made out of cheese.... most places make it out of powdered cheese and water....
