  1. A narco test is an examination to detect if a person has consumed drugs, by taking a blood sample and examining it on a lab. The test usually takes place at hospitals on patients and at rehabilitation centers on drug addicts.

    Future aspect? Well, I guess it helps for specialists to know if a certain person is on medication, in order to administer the right treatment on certain disorders.
