naruto shippuden is a Japanese anime ........shippuden .....they just translated it its supposed to mean ......wind something........

Naruto Shippuden literally means "Naruto:Hurricane Chronicles"

The series start at 220 or 221 I guess and the manga at 27...Naruto comes back after training with Jiraiya for 2 and a half years to be ready to rescue sasuke and to fight against the Akatsuki

it is the same thing as Naruto just 2 years in the future. It is a little more about all of the characters other then just Naruto (but it still is heavily based on Naruto)

The regular naruto ended at episode 220, and there was a 2 year time skip where jiraya took naruto to train. Shippuden is after the time skip. Naruto is now 15. everyone but naruto and neji, i believe, are chunin. Naruto is still genin and neji is now Joinin.....
