  1. on my passport i am officially a British Citizen, i.e a Citizen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

but i see myself as English first as that has more meaning to me, as it identifies were i come from, where as just being British you can be from any of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland

  2. British

  3. I don't really know what it is officially, but I see myself as being a citizen of England, The united kingdom and Great Britain.

To me I think being English is the most important because it distinguishes me from Wales and Scotland and Northern Ireland.

I think the welsh, scots and northern Iris have more of a problem with this cos sometimes when people say UK or Great Britain they mean England.

Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland don't get as much recognition as being their own country rather than being linked with England all the time.

  4. Officially, I am British.

However, I would prefer to be called English, or even East Anglian.

According to my friends in London, I am a "Country-cider" (i.e. from the countryside), and as such shall be working 14 1/2 hour shifts this summer on the harvest.

We countrysiders are feeling quite seriously put against at the moment.
