Hi, just wondering, what documentations i need to keep if i am running a business...Let say, message shop...

The absolute minimum is a record of all sales, and costs, in effect a journal.

But you would be well advised to get an accounting package for  unincorporated business. You could pay an accounting firm to take care of that for you, after you maintain the journal, but the effort of doing your own chart of accounts and tracking your progress against your business plan is so helpful.
