What is nervous energy ?

Have you ever watched a "puppy" run round for no APPARENT reason; like they've gone NUTS?!  Same thing.  They have "nervous" energy.  It's a need to constantly keep moving or doing something.  I don't think it's a BAD thing.  People that have it must have very strong hearts; because they're always on the move.  I have a mother like that.  But I'm more of a "sitter"; thusly, I write books and paint.

If it's directed towards music. . .I can't see how that could be a bad thing, either.  In fact, I'm sure a lot of the musical "geniuses" had nervous energy to create and compose.  Others just. . .played their music.

I would say it'd be a great thing to direct it towards something.  I have it A LOT and all I do is "jiggle" my leg.  It drives everyone mad - especially if we're sitting at the dinner table and the cutlery is jumping all over the place!!

If you can do something useful with it then why not!?!

its when your stomach is nervous and you feel like too-full-of-energy. I power walk when i get like that. Good luck
