hi...first let me tell you there is no nuclear deal...its a nuclear agreement...the nuclear agreemnt is a treaty or agreement between INDIA and USA,through which the technology and the raw material that is uranium that is used for production of nuclear power would be supplied by USA and if not by the USA then it would help INDIA in getting all the material and technology that is required for production of electricity through nuclear reactors...as USA is the super power country...and it monitors all the nuclear based technology transfers and also the transfer of base product that is Uranium hence with out the nuclear agreement or deal with USA (as some of us may like to call it) INDIA can not build nuclear power reactors nor can it buy uranium from any of the uranium producing countries..i hope i was satisfactorly able to answer your question..

with India?  the USA wants to help them build more nuclear power to help fight global warming. India's air quality is getting bad, and nuclear waste is much better for the environment

Nothing new.  this is political drama.  this deal was started 10 years before by BJP, That time Congress was opposing and now BJP.  This is also a one kind of vote bank and big money for politicians.
