anything from a Diner or one of the awesome ethnic cuisines.. like Italian, Thai, Sushi, Mexican, Middle Eastern, etc.. NJ is a melting pot of cultures and you can get food from any nation cooked by people who are from that country (or descended from them)..

I live in New Jersey, and am of course an Italian American, and I believe that Italian food dominates all of Jersey.

I'd have to say, Pork Rolls and Taylor Ham does come in second.

The Italian food are:

Italian Subs

Pasta (Thats a long list)

Pizza

Konolis!

The list goes on though. These are probably just the main foods.
