What is nicer tokyo or Moscow?

which one of these to cities do you think is worth visiting and why?

I've been to both and personally, I'd go to Tokyo. It is cleaner and the people are friendlier and they have amazing food. Russia was dirty and there are lots of rude and creepy people, but they do have really fascinating history and some cool sites to see. If you did choose Russia, you should consider St. Petersburg because there are some really amazing places to visit and its a lot prettier, and is much more adapted to tourism.
