  1. There is no 'normal weight' for a 5'3" 17 yr. old girl.  Every body is different in the way that they respond to diet, exercise and their environment, not to mention whatever hormonal changes are going on within your body.  You seriously have nothing to worry about so long as you are healthy.  You are most definitely not overweight but what you should be concerned with is whether or not you body is strong, you eat healthy foods and you feel good, capable and vital.

  2. The rule of thumb is 100 pounds if you are 5 feet even, and 5 pounds for every inch over that. So, at 5'3", you should be 115. If you are small boned, you can weigh as little as 10% less, or 105. So, you're fine.

  3. you are too skinny... the standard rule, even for female models is the 1.75 rule... aka 1.75lbs for every inch of height... you are 63 inches tall... meaning 63*1.75 is 110.25 lbs... that's your healthy weight... you're too small...

  4. 105lb-135lb.

  5. Yes it's fine, the normal weight for your height is between 104Ibs-125Ibs.

  7. You are the same size as my gf and that is a good size she likes it and so do I.
