  1. There is no such word as "nucular."


  2. The deal helps india access to civilian nuclear technology and nuclear fuel from US in exchange for IAEA-safeguards on civilian Indian reactors. But it will bring the nuke reactors in India under international supervision and end of Nuclear experimental explosions by India.

    CPM opposes this partly because India will lose independence over nuclear projects and partly because it badly affects China

    Very good and inevitable deal considering India's energy demand.
