I can only think of two examples of oleo pneumatic systems on the aircraft at the moment.

The landing gear shock absorbers on most commercial aircraft are oleo pneumatic. They consist of two interconnecting cylinders one containing oil the other nitrogen. The nitrogen takes the shock on landing, and the oil absorbs the energy.

In the hydraulic systems on the aircraft the accumulators are an oleo pneumatic system. They store hydraulic pressure to help reduce the strain on hydraulic pumps to maintain even pressure. The accumulators consist of a small cylinder separated by a diaphragm with a fixed amount of nitrogen one side and hydraulic oil pressure the other side.

Oleo struts are found on aorcraft of all sizes and weights, including 747s and the Antonov AN-225.  "Oleo" simply means "oil," and the term refers to a device that resists movement by using a pneumatic cylinder to transfer motion to an oil-filled device that can move only at a limited rate.

The everyday example is a screen door closer with an oil-filled limiter.  The exact same mechanism.
