What is on Juvenile Freestyle Skating test?

I'm about to take my juvenile MITF and i'm working on my juvenile freestyle. my coach keeps forgetting his rulebook with whats required to pass it. ONLY answer if you are a skater who has passed this test, or a coach. I know axel and layback are required, but not sure as to what else?

  1. JUMPS: Maximum of six jumping elements including the following requirements:

    1. One Axel jump

    2. Three different single or double jumps

    3. One jump combination consisting of two single jumps (no turn or change of foot between jumps)

    4. In addition to the listed jumps at least one of the following must also be included: split jump, stag jump, falling leaf or half loop.

    SPINS: Maximum of three spins including:

    1. Forward sit spin (minimum four revolutions in position)

    2. Ladies: Layback or attitude spin (minimum four revolutions in position)

    Men: Forward camel spin (minimum four revolutions in position)

    3. One spin with one change of foot, change of position optional (minimum four revolutions each foot). Must include one of the following positions: camel, sit or attitude.

    STEPS:

    One step sequence (straight line, circular or serpentine) fully utilizing the ice surface.


  2. For the free skate you need to have an axel, three different single or double jumps, one jump combo having no turn or foot change between jumps, a split jump or a half loop or falling leaf/stag jump,

    for spins you need to have a sit spin (forward), a layback spin for females, camel for males, and a combo spin having a camel or sit spin. all spins must be four revolutions.
