What is on the SAT and ACT tests?

I need information about the SAT and ACT tests. What I can expect. How much is multiple choice, what subjects are on them, and are they timed? And any web sites about the tests, and web sites that have practice test.

umm there is 10 part total...too much to explain but

just go to library or a store get a SAT book then u'll see
