i never know what to buy to make meals to get me through the week.

i am into healthy eating. what do u buy?

  1. Eggs, cheese, yogurt.  I love the flavored Triscuit crackers - great fiber there and  you can eat them with the cheese!  We also eat lots of berries/peaches in season with cream and a little sugar.  


  2. i ALWAYS buy red meat, chicken, white rice, lots of fresh veggies, some canned veggies, and lots of lots of fruit... i also get nuts for snacks and im addicted to those 100 calorie snack things... they are soooo good when you are craving something sweet. oh and eggs!  

  3. milk bread eggs stuff for salads......

  4. I download "free grocery list" from web.  It lists everything!!  Makes shopping much easier.  

    Healthy smoothies are easy and yummy.  I use vanilla fat free yogurt, ice and fresh fruit.

  5. Milk eggs cheese yougurt fruit lots of veggies wraps chicken etc  

  6. Milk, hamburger, Ramen noodles, coffee creamer, turbinado sugar, soda, coffee, potatoes, cheese, pasta.
