What is one clear liquid that will harden fast?

Just anything without much of a tint other than white or transperant and can be easily misxed in a few minutes. It would be mixed in about 1-2 liters of water. Thanks everyone

There are lots of clear liquids that will harden quickly, but when you throw in a lot of water, they won't. You would have to evaporate the water or combine it with something, and that's a lot of water.
