From a worker standpoint, its boring and most likely you are searching for a new job in a few weeks/months.

From an employer standpoint, the job better be pretty cookie cutter and easily filled, since its most likely a high turn over position. If the job requires skills, its best to increase wages and implement job rotation to keep that worker happy. Since rehiring skilled workers is expensive.

Or better yet, I'd offshore the factory to China and say s***w the worker. With the supply of labor in China, caring about the worker is a waste of time, since there 10 more lined up looking for that person's job.
