All hormones are essential but  it is pitutory that controls all other hormones!!

i think it is "Thiamine", its the hormone produced by the petuitry gland at the base of the brain, this in turn triggers other glands around the body to produce thier hormones, also it produces the hormones in the liver which aid in the absorption of all the vits and mins etc!!

i could be wrong, but i watched a program last week on the liver, and this is what they said i think!
