What is one thing in your life that you love to hate but hate to love?

do you agree with me that love is the closest thing to hate?and do we as humans feel he same emotions in love and hate?is it not th e same feeling?i was just wondering?

my dad. and yes i agree with you. hes abused me and all that c**p, but i still love him to death. i wish i didnt...

Don't really have anything that falls into that category...  I do agree with you, though, that love and hate have similar qualities...  Both are intensely emotional... almost blinding to logic and clear thinking.  Both can be uncontrollable and passion-filled.  And unfortunately, both can also be horribly destructive and consuming.  But if they are so similar, then it would common to slip from one to the other as we relate to out spouses and partners.... and I don't see that happening (often).

Perhaps in the most romantic of traditions, I will leave it as....  love is the passion and torture of hope and longing incomplete... that hate personifies, imbues and entreats.
