Mike Pelfrey.

the Mets:

-signed the best starter this offseason in Johan and gave him a ton of money.

-have a terrible habit of trading away starting pitchers. i.e. Scott Kazmir, Yusimero Petit

-pick the wrong guys to keep around. i.e. Aaron Hielman

they did it right with Mike Pelfrey. they didn't do something stupid like use him as trade bait. and they didn't have to pay 100+ million to get him in the offseason.

I am proud that the Rays have already won as many games as they won all year last season.

For the Orioles, the thing I'm most proud of is the fact that they never give up in games. Last night was a good example of this. Down by four runs with two outs in the ninth inning, the Orioles proceed to score four runs and tie the game. Although they lost in the end, they fought back and put pressure on the Angels to win it.

They have already won more one run games this year than they did all of last year. You can never count them out late in baseball games. This is a tremendous improvement over last season.

It's more of an individual achievement, but I'm proud of Justin Duchscherer. He went from a pretty good reliever to a very good starter. There's really nothing I can be happy about team wise with the A's.

I love that the Rangers have fun and believe in themselves.  They just have such a great attitude and they like being on the field with each other!  And the whole coming-from-behind wins have been in abundance this year.

It has a been a disappointing season for the blue jays but the one thing i am proud of is the performance of Roy halladay.

He has put together a Cy Young quality season.

Phillies- Slumped offensively for about a month, but still have the 2nd most runs scored in the NL behind the Cubs.

Well if this counts in spring training they went to play in Virginia Tech  the Baseball team after that tragic accident i taught that nice to be there at that moment play some baseball and make people happy
