What is one year ban,whether it is labour ban or immigration ban?

one yr ban does it will have labour and immigration ban and can i visit u.a.e in this year during transit.

 Before i have two years sheepformer my boss is arbai 2 i am work start 2005/10/12 me one visa finsh2007/10/11 and renew another visa start 2007/9/30 work with him and 29 May2008 i go pakistan and comeback 29jul2008  ,during this work i start driving lisnas from boss permashsion .my 11 tries finsh and me not got lisnas,and not goback to boss ,i want to got  lisnas hurry ,1year finsh ,now i want to go pak,i say my boss, may boss say you renew your visa and go ,my medical report good ,visa tapying complete  when i got fingerprent repot i am mutloub from boss2009/7/26 now i am here not goback pakistan

if its immigration ban the you cant visit UAE tell you remove your ban and may be i can help you to remove it if you give me some information . and if it labour ban . you can enter in visit visa any time.
