  1. So simple when you are adjusting your budget if the budget goes higher than your earning or predict so it is over budget and lower is just opposite it


  2. Let's say you planned on spending $500 for your wedding dress. So, you budget $500 to spend on a wedding dress. SO you go shopping for this dress and you find one for $300 that you like. So then you're $200 under budget. But then you get it and realize it's too big. So then you go to a tailor and get it custom fitted. This costs you 300 bux. So the 300 plus the other 300 means 600. This means you're now $100 over budget.
