I got a speeding ticket with it is that legal???

  1. if you look at where  you got a ticket there will be a big white line or box painted on the die of the road, they time you from box to box, sometimes you see an outline of an airplane where the bear in the air gets you, but like NASCAR, they time you and it's REAL accurate , I think they also call it VASCAR, and that big V means VISUAL


  2. Pacing means the patrol car matches the suspected violator's speed. This is done with a calibrated speedometer or radar inside the patrol vehicle.  

    When radar is used in this manner it is actually reading out the patrol vehicle's speed rather than the target speed and it is up to the officer to ensure that he is indeed matching the suspect's speed.  

    Some jurisdictions may specify a minimum distance over which the pace must take place before it will be admitted into evidence.
