What is pandora battery for psp use for?

i want to know what does it do and were can i buy one

My husband has one for his psp. He said it is so he can hack into it and put all the games he wants. So basically he has a lot of games and he got them all by just downloading torrents. If I remember correctly, he bought his battery online. Sorry if what I said doesn't make sense. I'm just going by what I remember him saying and I don't pay too much attention to psp talk :P
