  3. It's Spanish (castellano) and means "very talkative" and "gossipy". the correct writing is "parlanchín" with the " ´ " instead of the " · " on top of the i. I live in Spain and as far as I'm concerned it's an expression, that none of the people, that i talk to, have ever used.
