What is pay pal?

Pay pal is service that you can send and receive money for the purchase of goods or what ever. I would though highly recommend not to use them. Three years ago I had my account hacked into three times which someone was buying things that allowed paypal as a form payment when the third time my account was hacked in to the person spent over  $3000.00 in a hour paypal closed my account. But it took them 5 days to contact me and ask me if I had made the purchases. Needless to say I am not the only person that has had this issue with them.
