its used a s a form of payment on ebay. you make money selling items you can get cheap for a higher price generally. yes you can make good money but it takes time.

you hook your bank account up to the paypal website, you can spend money on ebay and stuffs with it, or i think you can also sell stuff on things like ebay and get the money straight to your bank account im not too sure on it though lol XD
