Oh, they just have one of the best traditions of cooking outside China, Mexico, Italy and France.  Fish like you wouldn't believe.  Literally hundreds of varieties of potatoes, which originated in Peru.  Traditional Andean music.  The delicious liquor Pisco.  A wealth of minerals including copper, gold and silver.  And in case you were looking for a souvenier, there is alpaca, a softer and warmer alternative to wool, which comes in qualities and styles to fit any budget.  Leather works.  Silver and goldsmiths galore.  Beautiful artwork, painted, sculpted and in the form of tapestry.   They even have man-made floating islands on Lake Titicaca where people actually live as they have for centuries.  The people are pretty special too.  Any other questions.
