What is power tap?

I read it has something to do with electronics but I was snooping around my sister's cell and saw this message from her boyfriend that read "i want you on top of me, let's power tap". So is it supposed to mean to ingage in some sexual activity. Is it slang? Thanks =]

  1. Yes, I believe that it is sexual slang which was borrowed from electromagnetic concepts.
