The other answers are generally right, but I understand pre-prandial to mean 'before dining well'.  For example, you might have pre-prandial drinky-poos (an aperetif before a good dinner).

I have never heard that term used, but post-prandial is a (relatively) common term....post-prandial cigar, post prandial brandy, post prandial nookie.....etc, etc
