What is probably my disease?

i have a tough hair loss and my menstrual cycle for this month did not come. but before, i had almost 1 week brownish discharge. what is probably my disease?

How old are you? Are you sexually active? Have you had unprotected s*x?

You have given three fairly unrelated 'symptoms' and nothing else. Also, if you want a real diagnosis then go and see your doctor. My only other suggestion is that you could be pregnant but hairloss would be unrelated.

maybe because you ate pineapple of ripe mango before you've had this brownish discharge..if you know that your menstruation cycle would come, try not to eat pineapple, ripe mangoes or sour foods.

There are 2 main reasons for that to happen. First you could be having a period of stress and malnutrition. That can affect your period and also cause a moderate hair loss condition triggered by stress known as Telogen Effluvium.

The second reason is probably you are having hormonal issues, which can cause fluctuations with your period. If things do not work out, always do a check up just to be safe.
