a will, will be read family members places it in orobate court,what can anyone do?

A court supervises the probate of a will to ensure that it is done to the deceased desires and expectations.  The executor is responsible for ensuring that assets are distributed according to the deceased's wishes.  Of course the lawyer gets an unholy percentage of the total estate for basically doing nothing.
